Although champignons do not produce ethylene themselves, they are very sensitive to its presence. This is especially important during transport, when stable storage atmosphere cannot be provided. In such cases Ethene sachets are the perfect solution. Their use allows for the elimination of ethylene from the air. Based on our experience, and more precisely the experience of our customers who started using Ethene sachets in the export of champignons, we have observed a much better quality of goods at the recipient.
